Paul, good comments. I have been a shareholder for over 6 months, having initially invested upon reading an article from Roman Franko in the Investment Digest. He, too, was positive on NRT's prospects... especially from a TA perspective.

However, I have also learned after 10 years of investing and some hard lessons, to not be too emotional about a stock or fall in love with one. Objective, analytical investing is critical to preserving capital. It is how I have made money on KRY twice, and the gyrations on that chart is huge. Just as the stock was trading around 9, then 10 then $11.00, emotions on the thread were high and 'speculation' was that a court decision was imminent and the stock was heading to $20.00 I am happy I invested by looking at the chart... and pulled 70% of my money between $10 and $11

I still hold 80% of my initial position. Once it is a pure double, I will be down to 60% and ride until we get a huge runup in price and volume. Then down to 25% and let the rest ride. Meanwhile, slipping profits into gold stocks which are starting to turn around may be wise.

Good luck to all NRT holders.
