WAVO conference call:

* WavePhore's revenues increased 46% from a 1Q 1997 level of $3.7 million to a 1Q 1998 level of $5.4 million.
* WavePhore has become a Microsoft Gold Partner. WaveTop will be featured in Microsoft's Windows 1998 print campaign as a significant reason why consumers should upgrade from Windows 95 to Windows 98..
* Management also sees the recent 7th Level agreement as very helpful in attracting more advertisers.
