No, let's not get confused. Noyce was a great visionary and was a key personality in getting Intel started. But at Intel he was surrounded by individuals of equal stature. It think it fair to say that he never had the same impact on Caere. I doubt if anyone would argue that current senior Caere mgmt has any of Noyce's technical vision, probably an imperative for survial in today's technology fracas.

All this to support your view that leveraging acquisitions is not their current forte. If Noyce were still alive and there, Caere would probably be a barn burner.

That said, the stock may break 13 and, from a technical perspective, move up somewhat. We'll see.
