One more question... If we have 40 million shares in S-8s and lets say that 30 million is restricted 'lockup' for 1-3 years than tecnically we have 67 million shares - 40 million = 27 million plus the 10 million (S-8s) = 37 million. Let's use 40 million and you have Huttoe's figure???? Did Huttoe tell us that we have 40 million shares of which 20 million were restricted from the purchase of DNAnalyzer and Laser-Tek? I'm just trying to figure out the S-8's? Why was Laser-Tek Designs, Ltd. given only 200,000 shares in an S-8? RATCOM received only 300,000? Chuck said Laser-Tech Designs was Walther's wife's company?? Gee, I thought Laser-Tek Designs Ltd. was some unassociated company, now we hear it's the Presidents wife company, not good for Walthers image! Aloha
