Rick, I reread what I wrote when I first read your post and now have decided that just perhaps you aren't Sturza. I guess I have been to affected by Andy Groves book " Only the paranoid survive"

It appears to me though, that you have pretty much reached your own conclusion, are confortable that a phone call to confirm Sturza statements is adequate, have "all the material facts" and are going to hold on to your short position.


Now to anyone else who happens read the referenced post i'll say that not a single statment here can stand by itself. Out of context they don't add a clue as to whether NVX will get or not get FDA approval. But they are typical of what I find in Sturza's Newletters.
Each statement can mean what ever you choose to read into it and when given a little "spin" can mean what the writer wants you to read into it.
Thank goodness the FDA made some comments at the meeting, that by the way I haven't seen Sturza quote, that indicate that they don't operate in a vacuum.
