Well, rates, in and of themselves, are not that big of a deal.

Edson Gould's three steps and a stumble rule is the key as far as
rate's go. In this particular market, it may be more of a sensitive an issue, but.....

I really believe that the key here is the "structure" of the market,

as measured by the McClellan summation index.

No BK, in the sense of a 20%+ drop, but a goodie nonetheless.
