How far are courts in other states tied to the result in Iowa? Are the results of further lawsuits in other states now biased by the yesterday decision? As an outside lurker, I have the impression that there is now a critical mass of tabacco friends reached and public opinion changes now. I would not wonder if the punishment will lie under the amount of money from the June settlement. Ralph
