3Com is run out of a phone booth somewhere. I have been trying to talk to a human for over a month about a problem I have with their Big Picture product with no luck. My last letter went to Boo Hoo Hoo's house in hopes he would direct it to someone with a human voice but I have yet to hear anything. Might take next week off and see if I can locate an actual factory somewhere, maybe go sit in on a Giants game in hope of spotting a techie,yikes!! regards
