This is incredibly positive news for this company. If you look at their balance sheet you will see that without this money there was a real good chance that they would have gone belly up. This money will keep them in business and allow them to institute their business plan. I am not concerned about the price because the deal was struck in March when the stock was at 2.625. I expect big things from these guys.
