I use business cycles. At the peak it is health care, at the bottom it's
the financial sector, when going up in a strong bull market before it
peaks it the technology sector. That's the indication. When just starting the bull phase its the transportation sector. Transport just completed a strong up movement. You need a couple of 2% move days before it's safe to get into the tech's.
