Bill, we are getting a slight divergence between the long bond and the stock market. Stocks drifting up bonds drifting down.

As the treasury market is comprised of more professional participants I can only assume that we are getting closer to a nasty correction. Gold is also drifting higher.

Only the negative sentiment spoils my prediction!

Europe is in full recovery mode and I suspect that Japan is selling bonds therefore the low dollar and relative high interest rates.

I think AG is happy with this developments as the long bond puts a damper on the economy and does the dirty work for him.
