Thats funny coming from you Pauly, A guy who's never at work, who sits on the computer all day dissecting BB stocks with his 'associates' MK and s(carey) Martain! And, why don't you post your questions to the shareholder? The critique you have of Gary & Roland can be said 10X that of you, so you're laughable.
You also remain silent about your comrads, like Martain, he was on S.I. 12hrs. yesterday....lets call his place of employment, was he reachable? productive? present? Neither of you two appear to hold jobs, yet say you post on S.I. all day for no compensation(?), I choose to look closely at that. You aLso post info only obtainable from Morks lawyers and /or Kugler...so you, yourself, are MORE suspect to me, and actually the reason for the halt and subsequent damage control.
Look at Martian back at ADVR...is he afraid of another run-up like the one to $1.85? (from $.40 and back down to $.40 on 10 days!)...Hey Riley, I think we should pick up some ADVR just to make our Martains life miserable, I've done some DD on it since Martain is always slamming our investments.
ADVR is a timely SEC reporting company and has been successfully cleared in a long-standing SEC investigation over the past 15 months. This investigation was caused by the run-up from 40 cents to $1.85 and back down to 40 cents over a 10 day period, just like what they did to TVSI, yet Pauly posted on TVSI that the SEC was investigating TVSI and Cayou, Martin made the same claims about ADVR.

There are currently 280 million shares outstanding but roughly 90 million are held by insiders and are restricted. Another 150 million are closely held by friends and family who are in it for the long haul. That leaves about 40 million actually in the float. There is talk about a campaign to call all the certs.

In 1996 when ADVR was at 75 cents just days before it's spike to $1.85 one of the company officers was called by a MM and offered $1.25 for a huge chunk of his restricted stock! Obviously the MM was in panic because there was no stock available to borrow! The officer refused and a squeeze resulted over the next few days! ADVR had 270 million shares outstanding at that time with they same closely held positions.

ADVR has an anti-viral drug (Reticulose) that is proven to work and is currently in PhaseIII FDA studies in Argentina and expected to be marketable by year-end. ADVR currently has a market cap of $80 million but any other company at the same stage would have a cap closer to $1 Billion ($3.00/share). Every time ADVR makes a move upward, MM JOSE is on the ask and starts a wave of selling (churning). I suspect naked shorting by them or some Canadian involvement, possibly by George Chelekis.(IMO)

So...Riley...lets get that other 40K in NAME FORM....Lets see if Puhr is right about the $10MM be very close, lets get the 10K audited and sit back and watch Pauly and the Martain do their magic!
