Chris, if one would go back to the announcement of the 7-7 closing, I immediately posted (and the stock was at .12) that I no longer consider $.1 a good buy and that we will probably see $.05. (which I believe we have since then). Why people think I was not serious about this I know not.

Yet, at $.05, even if we assume that it will take another 50 MM shares to get rid of the rest of the debt, we have a $5 MM capitalization, and that number for a company with who know, but probably some $7 to $10 MM in sales, becomes intrinsically cheap. The stock, however may not reflect this value for some time because of the extensive technical damage inflicted on it. Thus even buying at these low price may prove dead money for some time to come, except for few flurry rushes to $.1 to $.15, which very few can catch to unload.

I have been bearish on this stock for a long time, and except for a short period last June where I recommended buying in the 1/16 to 7/32 range, followed by a (premature) sell at 7/16 (it did go to 5/8 or so), and a subsequent rec to buy at $.1 (followed by a very nice run) my bearishness has persisted most of the time. I have not been in the stock since I sold between 7/16 and just above 1/2 last year.
