Hey there's nothing wrong with restraints when used for the right....'things'. True story: out at a local bar with my girlfriend last night. Sitting at the bar is one of the cops that booked me. After about an hour I said, "excuse me, are you a (such and such) Police Officer"? He said "Yeah, why?" I replied "I thought I recognized you" and had a huge grin on my face. It was either too long ago for him to remember me, or he was too drunk. Guy was throwing down shots and beers pretty fast, and was there by himself, so he must have been driving. I can't believe the guy who booked me on a bogus charge was sitting there getting drunk and getting ready to drive himself home. Hypocrite.
