Vip, You missed the most important part of the 13D filing. If you have access, you might want to go to edgar and read the comments with respect to the poison pill.... Earnings will be released today after the close, conference call to follow. IMHO earnings should come in somewhere between $.02 and a loss of $.02. I would also expect to see the business refocused towards CT.
