The R&D I mentioned on Yahoo is Research & Development. I believe that much of the production cost for the shoe is charged against the R&D figures. I don't know this for a fact but if you look at last years numbers, R&D was significantly lower. Last year was the "X metal" intro. I guess R&D could have been carried forward from last year though.
