Are you kidding? Gartner/Dataquest is known for the obliqueness of their writing. What a life, though. Get paid big bucks for producing content-free piffle.

See the SEBL press release about their Alliance program? Most companies would set up a program with one or two categories of partners, but not Siebel. They have three categories, and each category has three sub-categories. I wouldn't be surprised if there is some more categorization below that. After all, every ally should know its place when dealing with the grand kahuna, dammit.
