To all who aren't aware of this yet--RT Trader is chronically lagged 1 to 3 minutes every morning for the first 1 to 2 hours. Check it against another quote service to confirm this. Obviously, this is death to traders. When I asked the NAQ management if they intend to ever fix this problem, their reply was, "Any lag less then fifteen minutes is real time." Apparently they don't intend to do anything about it. They already have more users than they can handle and don't care if we're dissatisfied with their service. Although the Papyrus software is excellent, RT Trader will never be reliable for trading until they get another quote feed.
