Just received Newsletter Writeup. Market SAVVY.

Going out through Rapid Release (distribution 10,000-12,000).

New Recommendation for short term gains...Autocorp Equities (ACOR-BB) $2.12 - $2.38

A new popular concept in the used car industry are such firms as Car Max and AutoNation which are expanding nationally at a pretty good clip. Car Max was started by Circuit City stores and AutoNation is the brainchild of Republic Industries of Wayne Huizenga fame (Blockbuster Video, Florida Panthers, Pro-Player Stadium, etc.) We have come upon a turnaround situation in the same business with a share price that is significantly below its peers in the same industry. This one however has a published float of less than 300,000 shares. Needless to say it won't take much buying to move this one significantly higher and onto NASDAQ.

Autocorp is a company that concentrates its efforts in the used car industry through Lenders Liquidation Centers (which operates under the Lenders Auto Resale Outlets name), and Consumer Insurance Services, Inc. which insures sub-prime auto lenders against loan default. The company's business plan is to:
- expand operations as a sub-prime lender to its own customers
- expand marketing of insurance services to other car lenders and dealers
- expand vehicle consignment service to other sub-prime finance companies
- expand the Lenders Auto Resale Outlets throughout the Southwest.

This is a classic turnaround situation. There has been a change of management the past three months and ACOR is now headed up by Andrew J. Kacic who has taken two other bulletin board companies from the ranks of bulletin board status to the NASDAQ big board. He has the utmost of confidence he can do the same with ACOR.

ACOR is a fully reporting company with the vast majority of shares held by insiders. Last year's numbers are nothing to crow about, however going forward things look very good. In addition, the company is making a concerted effort to get the word out to the investment community via an investor relations campaign. Autocorp has an impressive web page at internetstockmarket.com and their PR firm is the Wall Street Organization which can be reached at 888-700-STOX. Sales/revenue projections are available upon request as is a complete investor packet.

For risk tolerant investors who can stand some volatility, ACOR is a buy. Watch the spreads and take advantage of buying opportunities when the bid/ask spread narrows. We'll keep you posted of its progress.
