I watched the piece on CNBC this morning. The company mentioned was Synetic (SNTC). Sounds similar doesn't it. A couple of things about SNTC:

1) SNTC was assembled in 1995 as a couple of leftover chunks of the Merck-Medco merger. Their offices are about 5 minutes across the GW Bridge. The guy who runs SNTC, Marty Wygod, was the honcho of that merger and is personally worth about $3 billion.

2) There are rumors of some loose ties between SNTC and Cymedix over a former sale of MDIX technology to SNTC as well as the ADRX theft issue. In fact SNTC is rumored to be another company thinking about bringing suit against ADRX. I called MDIX about 3 weeks ago and couldn't get a firm denial about that rumor.

3) That piece on SNTC was a blatant sales pitch. But it appears to have worked. SNTC will be another player in medical stuff over the Internet, but they don't appear to be competitive with the MDIX.

4) Why doesn't MDIX stock run like this?
