Khris,
I was mistaken concerning the increase in auth. shares to be used
prior to a reverse. I was under the impression that the amount of
auth. shares would be affected also, which they are not.

Stock swap deals are common practice and better than Debt financing.
Besides KLOC is limited to the amount of indebtedness allowed by the
credit facility agreement. So there are few avenues open.

Another caveat here is not to lose voting control by the common
stockholder. According to the last Q there are just under 40 mil sh.
out. Why do they need an additional 70 mil along with the 40 mil that
hasn't been issued yet?

I wish a rep from the co. would clear up some of these questions.
