[this company will go vertical once earnings report]

I disagree with you -- you can't even find any financial reports on the company through the SEC.If you don't believe me, try searching the SEC's EDGAR database at sec.gov . These guys appear to be using a loophole in the securities laws, which says that if a company was around before 1963, it is not required to file its financials with the SEC. This appears to be why REMH did the "reverse merger" with UNFC, so they could get the registration without having to file financials.

By the way -- stocks that trade on the NASDAQ, NYSE, and AMEX exchanges are required to file their financial reports with the SEC, regardless of when the company was founded, but stocks on the OTC Bulletin Board like REMH, aren't.
