Mark, W.F., Jason and any one else interested in the issue. I just spoke to my compliance dept and they were adamant and unhesitant in stating that it did not matter if an individual made any money or avoided a gain. It is 100% a violation to spread inside information regardless of economic benefit or even any action being taken. Do nothing but give someone inside information to which you are privy and you are in violation. She sited several specific examples. Henry
