As I recall, the Broker who was "Pitching" OOL on the
Jerry Wenger Radio show made that statement.
I was new to this investing business a bought his story hook-line-and-sinker, which is exactly what happened to
my invest (it went down-down-down) finally sold last yr
for a significant tax loss.

Wenger was recently charged with a number of wrong doings
with stock promotion coupled with a number of Sec Brokers.
I've learned the hard way to stay away from advice which is
generated from programs such as "Wenger" Radio Shows.
