Art, The one thing holding something back from a kitchen sink "one-time charge" does is allow you to show good margins for a quarter or two. My guess is these fake earnings will allow management to dump their stock before reality has to be reflected in the eps statement. There is no way operating margins improved in this environment. Just ain't happening. MB
