I expect that the numbers will be solid. I am surprised that nobody on this thread isn't pleased with the issues going to be voted on at the shareholder's meeting. I believe that the company will acquire firms that complement ALYD, add value and resources to the company, and open new markets up for ALYD's innovative technologies. The company isn't going to issue more stock without it bring tangible benefits to the company. I don't consider dilution for an acquisition any problem at all.... for the right company...
