How are the MM's holding this down and dropping the bid on what looks like way more buys than sells?

Why are you so sure we are going up?

ONLY WANT EXPERTS HERE TO ANSWER (former MM's, exp. trader, etc.) I want a detailed analysis of how a stock can generate this kind of volume and barely change from yesterdays close
