Okay, here it is in %ages. For downswings, the % is derived from the difference in the low $ numbers in the range, divided by the previous low $. For upswings, the % is derived from the difference in the high numbers in the range, divided by the previous high number. 4/98 and 5-6/98 use the same %ages from 1/98 and 2-3/98 respectively.
