Hello John

I was watching CBCBW last night in which an analyst from the NYSE was being interviewed. His perspective like many others is that their stocks have been largely fully valued if not over bought. He was rotating his recommendations out of many of the more popular sectors as he foresaw their markets essentially trading in a narrow range for the next year. He did not feel earnings would be able to sustain their valuations.

What he was recommending was a rotation into the resource sector stocks which he felt was going to be extremely bullish for the Canadian stock exchanges. He felt commodity prices had bottomed and were showing distinct signs of recovery across the board, including nickel.

Certainly Inco has shown signs of life since their AGM the other day.

Since we are talking about an ore body (SVB) that would not be in production for at least four years, I can not help but believe we are in the right play, at the right time, and the right place.

I don't want to sound too euphoric, but if Canadian resource stocks do start to show signs of life over the summer/fall, this is going to be the place to be with your $$ in 1998, 1999,........

Regards
