ALL - Perhaps the most shocking thing I found in the S-8's was that Ken Walther signed all 16 of the S-8s along with Charles Huttoe and Maria Iacovelli - all dated as of Sept. 23, 1996. Why? I don't know! But, I strongly feel that WE NEED AN EXPLANATION! I had URGENT calls in to Ken and Don Charapich on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - but no response, as yet! Perhaps this new rumor is why!?!?
All this is VERY troublesome! Yet, I was hopeful of a response, with a GOOD EXPLANATION, that could put me at ease (not sure what that might be, but hopeful!).
TIME IS UP, FOLKS! WE NEED SOME ANSWERS, AND WE NEED THEM, NOW!
I am, once again, contemplating going to McLean to ask some hard questions, in person! BUT, I WOULD SURE LIKE TO KNOW WHO IS GOING TO BE THERE TO ANSWER THEM! I would really like to find out what I (we) might be able to do to help! The bottom line is still to make a profit from our investments! Any other Shareholders share these feelings? Suggestions? Opinions? Want to participate?
