Hiram,

I think SI has an incredibly strong brand. (And not a bad name, either, with Latin America coming on strong ;-*)

If anything, it was GNET that got the great deal for only about 1.5 million shares of their stock. And while web tulipmania may be in full blossom for this season, there will be many more seasons as this medium is just dawning. The emphasis should be on choosing the companies that have the resources to make it over the long haul, unless you just want to play with the mood of the market on any given day.
