You guys ARE truly hopeless..... 1. TRIBY's product is not in any way unique. Competitors are all over it with similar, if not better, products. AVIT is only the latest in a long string of those willing to take a bite out of the TRIBY cookie. My only point is that you ought to price AVIT at least as high as TRIBY on a per share basis. They should be trading at least in the $2-5 range. 2. Large companies cut deals with small fish like TRIBY all the time. The reason is that these small companies are desparate to get sales. The little fish cut their margins down to nothing just to do business with guys like Bayer. FYI - EPT is getting undercut like crazy in all markets. The latest trick to boost sales is a coupon which cuts the price to a bit above competitors. That is going to fail, too as comsumers realize it still costs more for less product. EPT is over and TRIBY is out on a limb now without other sales. Look for big brother to renegotiate the EPT contract - best case. Look for them to switch to another producer (maybe AVIT) - worst case. Either way, this baby is going to $1, no matter what you guys say or do.
