Greg, your problems with DATEK are not unique. In my experience, they have had frequent glitches and have shown virtually no willingness to correct their foul-ups. Their system is frequently clogged with people test-driving the service. Their quotes and account calculations are frequently error-prone. And their promise to have options trading available keeps lingering with no action.
