Good to hear from you Mayer, it's been a long time. While the numbers may not show work in progress there are ways to disclose this as a footnote or an auxilliary statement perhaps. The first quarter results won't have to be out until the end of June and that is pushing everything to the summer which can be a slow time. Seems like the timing cycles for this company are not opportune. There is the merger possibility that is being proposed but not explained to the shareholders or the public. This would have to be in place well ahead of the company going on NASDAQ sometime in June. This would likely mean we would know by mid-May what it will mean for WRN shareholders. The next news release about this must give us the complete details if it is going to fly. My understanding is that the recent warrants that came due were exercised to a great extent. I do not know why a news release was not announced on how that much cash was generated for the company. These funds were to be used for the upcoming merger. I am calling it a merger but I don't have a real handle on what it actually is. There are more warrants due in May at .80 but at these prices they will not get exercised. Perhaps the company has all the $ that it needs right now. There was a recent announcement of some unit sales but we have not been updated on the complete progress of the projects. I am not sure why we cannot be kept informed of these details. If you recall, back in January, there was all kinds of news releases about the sales and potential sales of their units. So we know that when they want the information to come out, it does. Much frustration to be sure for all the shareholders who have stuck with this company for a long time. Some selling has occurred lately as a number have become disenchanted and or have found better potential opportunities elsewhere. I am trying to find some positives to lay down here but am grasping at straws for the moment. Perhaps someone else can provide some good news to give some balance. Take care. Gene
