Yes, Richard, that is why I have not filled my position yet...However,
fund managers like to buy when everyone is selling and make their entries stealthily....Likewise, when a good earnings report comes out and the stock is strong, they like to sell....They can unload their large positions and not have much effect on the stock...The comment on
a previous post stated a strong buy has been given on this stock by
a major brokerage firm....A good time to pick up some cheap shares....
So what I'm saying is we'll probably have some nice price stability in this stock with those two forces weighing on us...(Tax selling, funds taking up new positions at these low prices) Instead of waiting for my 13.00 to 14.00 price range to fill my position(value play), I have decided to wait and buy into strength, when my momentum indicator and
MACD indicator turn positive again....Presently they are both underwater: Momentum: -1.88 and MACD= -0.73
My momentum indicator reached a low at -3.50 on Friday.....
The lower envelope channel is at 16.45 and the lower Bollinger band
is at 16.75....In the next few days we should see if these lower support points will hold....I am optimistic that they will.....
200 Day Moving Average: 22.07
100 Day Moving Average: 21.36
20 Day Moving Average: 18.39
10 Day Moving Average: 17.95

Regards, Mark
