I've checked all my usual sources & have come up with a big nothing
on Asia Electronics Holding Co.

If you REALLY want the information, go to the Hong Kong Securities
and Futures Commission web site. Leave them an e-mail asking for
the company and/or the transfer agents address. They will reply.
You then write/fax your request & you will get your information.

I had to do this to get my first annual report on a couple of companies. I explained I was a shareholder in the U.S. and my shares
were held in escrow in HK. Thus, I was not on their shareholder list to receive reports.(As a courtesy, I offered to pay for the overseas
postage. Naturally, both declined to accept, but I believe they appreciated the offer.) They both were polite & have included me on their mailing list to receive interm and annual reports.
