Very interesting article, wd. One for the file, to be sure. And it really affirms my growing sense that there are games going on that we can only guess about. We don't really know who the players are or what they are up to.

I'm becoming more intrigued, though, with the idea of fighting back. It really pisses me off to think that there are people out there who would knowingly drive a potentially good company into the ground, and its shareholders along with it, simply to make a few bucks. These people are predators, and I would like to see a few of them eat their own dirt.

I know the idea of taking possession of our certificates has been kind of dismissed. But I would be interested in pursuing this discussion here more seriously. We have some very large shareholders, and it may not take all that many of us to make a difference. I also know that many of the big holders follow this thread.

What are the pros and cons of trying to organize ourselves into a more pro-active force? Are there reasons why we shouldn't take possession of our certificates? It seems that many of the large shareholders are clearly long-term players, and many of those that post here (including myself) have professed to being in it for the duration.

Bottom line for me, I'm just getting tired of sitting back and doing nothing. While I believe that things will work out in the long run, clearly it would be a much easier road if Joe Murphy didn't have to spend his time and DCI's money trying to run down these culprits. Maybe it's time that we stepped up to the plate and did our part instead of just waiting for Joe to fix the problem. Lets's talk about this!!!
