An anonymous director reports
The company has received the proceeds of the bridge loan previously reported in Stockwatch April 7 from Wolverton Securities.
The company will use these funds to commence work on its ZL property in the
Lac de Gras region of the Northwest Territories. The ZL claims are north of
the SouthernEra/Kalahari/Island Arc Back Lake property and the company's
Margaret Lake anomaly is 10km northeast of the Urik discovery on the shore
of Munn Lake. The company's previous work has identified two indicator
mineral anomalies which appear to have similar geochemistry to the
SouthernEra/Kalahari/Island Arc discovery.
Specifically work will be carried out on the Margaret Lake anomaly where
the two above mentioned indicator mineral trains terminate. The primary
targets are in small lakes and swampy depressions which will allow drilling
to continue throughout the summer months.
Work will consist of sampling and geophysics as a precursor to the
anticipated drilling program. Initial results were reported in Stockwatch
October 31 1997 and January 9 1998. The work is to be commenced as soon as
mobilization can be effected.
