General comments are that most cannot work with their VCRs. How, with that nature of understanding tech stuff AND the popular TV news persons approach can the public understand imbedded chips for mercy sakes??? The question is mine. The comments are from the popular media. Persons that have the ear of the popular media and the ability to talk slow and use small words need to tell the Y2K/TAVA story. Back to lurking...
