Anthony......have been involved in VC in the past, in Oil/Gas exploration company. when restrictions were lifted many of us sold some stock. I sold 50% which covered my original nut. the rest of my stock was then, in essence, free. the price of the stock did a similar nose dive, but rebounded nicely. this lockup, Intc. news combined with the fact that many others have been in this stock at the "teens" all contribute to a selloff. there should be a substantial bounce soon followed by renewed selling at a lesser degree. then things will calm down.
