Great post -- BUT it's really depressing to begin to understand all the games people can (legitimately) play with us :-(.

Unlike PA (in his response to bgtit), seems the more I learn about all these games, the less I understand all the nuances.

Note: Does anybody know if there are any good books out there that explains all this in fairly simplistic terms, e.g., maybe something like "Shorting For Dummies" or "The Market Maker's Compleat Guide To Screwing The Little Guy".
