For those that didn't hear the conference call, this one was a very upbeat call...versus last quarter's call which was relatively cautious. From the line of questioning and enthusiasm by analysts, I believe the Street has fewer concerns regarding AFLX going forward...and management felt comfortable with the street estimates for Q2 and the rest of the year. Margins should stay high with revenues in the mid $50's million for Q2.

There is so much to share, but most importantly management is very knowledgeable...had all the information at their fingertips and was extremely forthright about all the details of their business by segment and by customer. I've listened to a 200+ calls over the years and I must say that Rolando Estevera (CEO) is one sharp cookie and a man that really seems to have his finger on AFLX's pulse. He is definitely gaining the trust and confidence of Wall Street with his "open" communication style and his willingness to share all the details.

The primary analysts on the call were from Robertson, DLJ, Paine, H&Q, Needham, and Everen...at least those were the ones asking questions.

Gotta run.
