Dave, what would normally happen as long as retail buying continues to come in as there has been, then NFSC will sit on the offer and short the stock in the transactions. He will then in house buy the stock from the seller that he may have. In this case, NFSC more than likely has stock in house that he can utilize to cover up on. Remember when you short something you must eventually BUY it back to cover. NFSC is doing that at the bid and giving the seller the market price of the sale. It just depends on how much more needs to be chewed through to get him out of the way and move on up.
