I think there is some validity here. Although their position is much the same as Voisey (i.e. lots o stock in the particulars) they do have to produce a positive feasibility study to earn their 25-30%. I could envisage some negotiating in this area between Teck and Donner to have Tech as the "pre-production" consultant. There would undoubtedly be an agreement with INCO on the smelting and refining and we won't see production on SVB without NVB.

Although we are getting ahead of ourselves here. We don't have an orebody yet and the N Voisey situation was unique in that they started with an orebody. We must be patient at SVB there is a LOT of ground to cover and Teck is still pretty low on the learning curve. VBN is just beginning to zoom up that curve. The press release fails to convey some of the new understanding the brilliant Newfoundland geologists working on the deposit have generated with the INCO staff.
