Spoke to my broker today regarding prdm. announced earnings will not
meet expectations. he told to be aware of the possibility of
some downgrades on the stock due to them not meeting expectations.

i don't see how it could fall much further, maybe a point or two, but
its low today was 8 3/4 and it has climbed back up to 9 so
maybe the worst is over.

will keep everyone advised...
