Fred, Why doesn't C-Cube buy the VCD biz from ESS? They are loosing their ass in VCD, C-Cube has the cash, that in theory would bring in Shinco (aprox 30% of total VCD biz). You would stop the 5-10% a quarter ASP erosion. Ess could unload its inventory for say 25MM, put 680 chip in the Shico players. keep ASP flat for the next 18 months and it is a winner! Just a thought John
