Re: PTUS admits ALYD's Y2K approach is the best one

This is from the PTUS thread:
Brief summary of the conference call. PTUS will change its Y2K business model from Y2K tool licensing to licensing plus remediation services. Its clear from the customer that Fortune 500 companies don't feel that their staff can use Y2K tools without assistance. Further, many customers feel uncomfortable with the "centralized factory model" and would like a direct relationship with the tool manufacturer.

The fact that the management of ALYD understood this from day one and bet the farm on it means they had vision. I have faith that same vision will carry ALYD past the year 2000. However, as for making money off of Y2K, I can assure everyone that ALYD will squeeze out every last dollar they can.
