Frederick...

Do you keep two separate data files? I mean one for WOW and another for OT? I'm sure you don't, but I can't understand why you're having this problem.

I get my EOD feed from Primate Software. I get it in Metastock format and it automatically updates my historic files daily. When I fire OT each night, it "sees" that day's feed, just as WOW does. Of course, that's because both programs are reading the exact same data.

BTW, I have a call on my answering machine right now from WOW. They sent me details on WOW Day Trader a couple weeks ago, and I'm sure they want to sell it to me now. What do you *honestly* think of it? I'm not inclined to day trade. I pretty much trade full time right now, and my trades are very short term.

I enter each trade with a goal of about 10% profit. When I'm right in entry, I can often do 10% in a few days to a couple weeks. That's my style, but I've never considered in and out the same day.

I have a good friend who is trying to day trade using level II quotes, a direct telephone hookup to NYC, instant fills, etc. He's struggling and in order for a trade to yield much money, he has to place huge bets. Maybe I need to know more about this than I obviously do at this time. I'd be interested in your thoughts here.

BTW, the NIRVANA web site says 3.5 will ship tomorrow, Friday.

Ken
