Donner, Thistle Creek & CanAlaska

Donner Minerals press release of April 20/98 states in part:

"Additional Claims Acquired
The Vancouver Stock Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a Letter Agreement dated February 27, 198 whereby the Company has the option to acquire from Thistle Creek Resources Inc., the remaining 50% interest in 317 mineral claims known as the Thistle 2 Claims, located in the South Voisey's Bay Project area. Consideration is 500,000 shares of the Company in two equal tranches."

George Cross News Letter of April 21 adds that the Thistle 2 claims are "located in the Pants Lake area, Labrador."

The Cartaway version of the SVB-1 press release (more detailed, and released sooner than ICA's!!) states that one of the conductors being investigated by the current ICA/CWA geophysical program "is under Pants Lake."

I find it extremely interesting and encouraging that Donner has made a +$1 million share purchase to buy a full interest in claims located immediately north and west of SVB-1.

Expect information on the results of the SVB-1 geophysical program within two weeks.
