Off topic??? SEC news release out about charges brought against company and individuals. "In a complaint filed in Federal court in Miami, the SEC alleged that the abuses raised illegal profits of at least $6.5 million and involved the issuance of false press releases and the creation of a fictitious foreign investor". Charges are security fraud and with violating the registration requirements of the securities laws. One of the additional problems is that there was a 200% increase in shares outstanding-without registering the securities. The name of the company is Alter Sales.
